Hello, I often get disconnected when tping. Usually, the first and second tp are fine but afterwards i'm getting disconnected when trying to tp. The tp load bar is going very slow but i can still chat. And people at the arrival destination see me arriving "in pieces". Usually i get disconeected after a while and when relogging in a different place, it seems like my avi is in two places at once, my new one and the one i tried to reach before. I've been told "ah here you are" when i was in a totally different region. So it seems like there are differnet instances running at the same time that prevents me from tping. And also, when i need to close SL with Ctrl Alt Del, i have many Firestorm's processes working at the same time. Could anyone help me witht his issues ?

I have checked my computers specs and they seem fine I'm sort of between the required and the recommended so not worst not best. I have what my company says is the best internet for my area, My computers runs games like Minecraft just fine, but every time I log into second life I can play for about three (3) Minutes before I get disconnected I have uninstalled and reinstalled the viewer and googled my second life region? to see if there was an outage but nothing there just a lot of heavy use in London which is way far away from me. I don't really know what else to do if anyone has any suggestions. I know I must sound very stupid, I'm not very tech savvy, but I know I used to use second life on a much older cheaper computer back in 2010 I want to say and I never had this problem. I would really appreciate any help.

Hello, I can't seem to resolve disconnection issue over new FTTH connection, before I had ADSL for years, it use to work fine. But after upgrading to FTTH my viewer disconnects every one minute after login, everything loads fine at login, runs smooth, but viewer disconnects after one minute, screen grays out with message, region maybe facing issues, check your internet connection. I have tried bandwidth help tips page on Firestorm website, its not helping, 1500 is not working, nor 500 or anything less or above that. Also, I have tried all viewers, but same issue. My laptop is wirelessly connected to New FTTH home router, speedtest says my connection speed to Tucson, AZ is on average 5mpbs, Please Tell me what should I do, I can't even stay logged in to write my question in any inworld help groups . Also everything else on net works fine .....other apps etc. I think it might be new FTTH router, I have called my ISP, and they say everything is fine on their end. Following is details of my new FTTH router. Please suggest any router or viewer settings that I can do to resolve this issue. The past few days I've noticed that I'm having trouble teleporting. When I TP, it takes a while and then I get the popup saying I have been logged out of Second Life. I can't teleport anywhere I've searched the forums for answers and quite a few posts mention having complex folder structures in the inventory and heavy scripts. To test this, I logged into my Alt account which basically has no inventory, and no HUDs and noticed I still had the same problem. I then noticed to see if it was internet problem, but I ran the speedtest and I get good results. To test it out, I tethered my phone using mobile data to my computer to see if the internet was better. It yielded the same result. Is anyone else having the same problem? Update 1: I've also noticed it takes ages for the sim to load and even then the sim is partially loaded, and my avi too.

There was an archived post with a similar issue, but the users seemed to agree that it was a connection problem. I disagree. I play games with about 10~15mbps down speeds and my rig is pretty decent for high end gaming. I've played SecondLife on the same PC before, so I'm certain it's not my internet that is the problem. I'm able to log in and load up the last location I was in, and the objects rendered quickly. But every time I try to teleport, I get disconnected mid-way leaving me at the loading screen. So I'm not sure why it allowed me to load up at all? Has anyone experienced this? If so, what did you try? Serious answers will be appreciated.
