So, I tried to log onto my account today and it is pending for closure. I didn't not ask for my account to be closed or deleted. I had to fill out an appeal and it all because LL is not listening to me. Someone has been logging into my account without my permission. I have evidence of it logging into a different IP address than mines. I have proof of my name being changed, of it trying to link my account to already banned accounts, photos of threats, photos of my personally information being leaked out among of group of their friends, past tickets of reporting accounts that have been harassing me, reports saying and clarifying that I am not closing my alt account and yet my account is being closed. Every time I have reported this person with a banned account, the account would be instantly deleted. So, I need to know why Linden Lab is choosing not to listen to me and how do I stop my account from being closed?

Hola a todos Espero me puedan ayudar con un problema con el viewer de Firestorm, lo que pasa es que al tratar de loggearme si entro pero segundos despues se cierra sin avisar de crasheo y nada, se cierra asi nada mas, se me hace ya que no tenia problemas con el hasta hoy al tratar de entrar. Espero me puedan ayudar con este problema.

Hi, so has anyone else had the issue of their firestorm viewer randomly freezing for a second and then closing itself out? It is becoming really common and sometimes it happens minutes apart some sometimes it wont do it for an hour or so but it does always happen. I never get a crash message or anything it simply just poofs and closes itself. This is the only program on my computer that does this, I have already tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling firestorm. Has this happened to you? How did you fix it? Any knowledge or tips would be appreciated.

Is anyone else experiencing Second Life Viewer closing out on them? I used to use an HP desktop with Windows 10 and I didn't experience this problem. I'm using an HP laptop with Windows 10 and I'm experiencing this issue. Please let me know if it's either my computer or the game itself.

Hello! From what I've been able to gather from the knowledge base, it appears that private region owners have their personal "payment due date" based on when they did their first payment so it is not the same for everyone. Some people may pay their SIM maintenance fees on the 9th of every month, others maybe on the 15th. I got notification from my SIM owner that the region I currently live on and act as Estate Manager for will go down soon. My SIM owner was not sure of the exact date. He notified me it may be between 2 weeks to 30 days. I appreciate the notice from my SIM owner as 2 weeks is enough time, but is there a way for me to find out the exact date? I thought to send in a support ticket for "Land & Region" but the sub topic I would list it under... none of them fit exactly. The closest one would be "Report an offline region," but that's not the case (yet). I don't want to send in a support ticket that more or less appears like spam. I have asked my SIM owner if he can find out, but I understand that he doesn't get much of a chance to be at a computer these days, so I am wondering if there is a way for me to find out on my own, even though I am just an estate manager and resident in this SIM. Any advice or direction is helpful! Thank you.
