Willow Grove Art Center (WGAC) is seeking dedicated people to fill positions within it's organization. Each of the following positions is paid and will be discussed in a face to face interview. All positions are subject to change. Advertisers- 3 positions open Advertisers will be given exactly what they need to post. They will be paid per post. Knowledge of social media is a must. If you do not have an account for your SL AV, it will be required for the position. Additional knowledge of in-world advertising channels is a plus. Lead Advertiser- 1 position The lead Advertiser will be in charge of ensuring all posts are done, keeping track of them each week, submitting information to owner/s, making sure posts are quality, writing quality, engaging posts, and attending occasional meetings. After a few years being away I'd like to make of SL my home and business investment again. I am looking for a good business to invest in, that has a lot of potential for growth, fun, challenging and that appeals for me to work with every day. for example, it could be: * CLUBS *STUDIOS *AGENCIES *REAL ESTATES *SHOPS I would be willing to invest a very good amount of LINDEN into it and that we can discuss in private if you are interested. I want to be able to turn that invest back into profits right away though, So I would need for you to show me a good plan of your business and how it has been working so far. I do have experience in managing businesses in SL if you wonder, but that was a couple of years ago. Hi all! Happy holidays I am looking for some advice, I recently came back on to SL, I haven't been on since like 2009 and everything is quite different. I have a couple of plots of land on the mainland to rent out, I think they are great plots but I am struggling with advertising. I don't think they really show up very high in the search and I have placed classified ads but I think the bigger landlords pay huge amounts for their classified ads so that they show up first. I have been trying to find ad boards in locations where there is high traffic but also where sims go that have the money to spend on rent. I am struggling to find anywhere suitable to advertise. Is anyone able to give me some advice and tips for advertising plots to rent and where the best ad boards are? How have others found it with renting out land and finding tenants, does it take a really long time? I don't want to end up paying land tier each month for empty plots, I'd rather someone used them Thank you

Get the marketing, advertising or even clerical help you need for next to nothing! Hire are 3 compelling reasons for hiring me as your marketing assistant and/or personal assistant: 1) I have RL ad agency and marketing experience - more years than I care to say 2) I am an accomplished marketing strategist, branding expert, copywriter and graphic designer... and have Adobe Creative Suite (for work) and know how to use it 3) I work cheap!!! I'm not looking for a job for the money really but just to meet people, help them, and have something productive to do other than stand around and... y'know On top of that, I've been in SL since 2006 and definitely know my way around, am obsessively vain and have a gorgeous meshy av and more clothes, hair, etc. than i can ever wear, am decent at SL photography (you can check out my Flickr - link in my in-world profile) PLUS am fun, friendly and funny and super-nice to all. And i don't do drama... unless it's required for the job. I can be available for consulting or creative gigs. But my preference would be to have a regular ongoing job reporting to a boss. For me, it would be an awesome change of pace to let somebody else be the boss and call the shots! If you need help and can't afford to pay, that's OK too - but you will have to be nice. I am on pretty much every day for many hours - nights usually (6-ish to midnigh-tish SLT) tho I can also pop on during the day sometimes as work permits. We are up to 10 games now at Zamargad, and growing! I have an OLD forum post I wanted to get rid of. I started a NEW forum post. I linked the old forum in the new forum, for reference only. Now LL has combined the OLD forum post with the NEW forum post, and kept the OLD title, which is no longer relevant. How do I get rid of the old forum title and use the new forum title? ...LL is messing with my revenue here by not letting me update the title.

One question ... if I stream internet radio to my sl home and the internet radio stream starts to sell advertising time to outside commercial interests who use it to tout their wares to whoever is listening at the time - how much of my personal and browsing information is shared with the advertisers via the internet radio station's web analytics ? Is there a way to block audio adverts ? :-)

I was wondering about the best place to put this but I decide Merchant's was better than the Mesh board LOL. I got a blogger copy of an item today. In it was a notecard about LODs and more ^^. Reading it, I sighed. I didn't actually CRY you understand but much head shaking was in evidence. The odd thing is that the item that came with that note looked fine at LOD 2. I upped my setting to 4 to check and could see no difference. So that notecard didn't need to be included at all. Names deleted . Bold is mine
