I have two 1/4 SIM parcels available for rent, each with over 7000 prims available. The land is rated as "Adult" to allow you to use the land as you see fit. There is also a 'bar' area that is available to all residents, and will remain open for use. I will be uploading some photos as well, so feel free to take a look.
