There are some questionable uses of fences that restrict the property to only have one opening. It's not just the older locations, I see it in upcoming homes about to be released. A garage and car is a nice addition that can't be used. Good luck to all on the land page in weeks and months ahead.

Hi Kira 😆 Yes I am but my business partners and I retired from those. I'm back in crazy chase again. I gave up my home last night due unchangeable picket fence.

Reading all these near misses on the land page, 4 homes in a row, that terms check box failure, I had those. Do I want to go through it again. I could make the home now worthy. It's my disappointment unable to get the location I want. This process we battle with tech and low availability is very frustrating. There was a fence on side my home taken away for a large green shrub by another Mole. I have a L shaped picket fence now. I can rez a car elsewhere. I have to do that with my boat and plane. The location I want is in Bandit. A lot of stairs to walk up to the home. It has rocks on the side and behind the house. Very good amount of trees. Soon to be opened and everybody trying to get there. It is disappointing I won't get it. Whoever gets the home will be so thrilled with that location. On side of the home is a bridge to lower road so it has elevation views.

Interesting to read these points of view what to put inside the homes. I'm adding wall for a full bathroom upstairs for the Winchester and half bath on the main floor using the outdoors space with a carport turned into a room. Double doors to the backyard. I want the look of a real home. It's not hard to create. We have that green pad as a yard, some of mine will be grass prims. I need to see reality or why even have a home.

I was fornunate to get a home. It happened in the afternoon, if that can help. I read in the Belli community group last night one or two ditched their first home location and got a better one. It's lucky. My house is a good enough location. My challege with it, has a picket fence and I want to use a carport and driveway. Garden Mole fence and that Mole is super busy to change my fence into plants. There is another location I definately want. Do I stay and wait for the change to my fence or dive back into this madness again. I want stairs to the house, elevation. The house across from mine has elevation. The new location I want has a lot of elevation. I am leaning toward abandoning my home to try and get an elevated location.

Well, throwing stones does make waves! While I was writing earlier, homes showed up on the land page.Going through the process on my phone, I think four failures happened, unavailabes. Then 10, 20 minutes later possibly I received home on Belli. Did my rant accomplish that, because I was sure the process failed on the land page. I have four other friends trying to get their homes, I will have to see if they got one later tonight. We were all trying today. I still think the sign up list created is more fair. Not everyone has the tech or time to wait on the refresh for hours.

How good is your tech? Auto Refresh lags or the NEXT button does. Waste of time watching Land page . They stick the smallest check box on that accept page and terms link right next to it can be touched accidentally. 3 days a week, some hours of their day to release homes is reducing our ability to get one. They should delete all the other homes on that page. Only show houseboats, homes, I can't believe they are going to campers and trailers. That's been done on other sims. I'm newish Premium from May to May 2021. My Premium has end point I can see right now. I didn't need to be Premium for 11 years While I am Premium, a sign up to get a House or Houseboat should be created and stop all this whack a mole to get a home or houseboat.
