Anyone know of where I can find some good house building guides that I can purchase? I'm wanting to build my dream home in SL, but really cannot afford to pay a builder to build it for me. Hey everyone: I'm looking for some nice places that I can go for a swim at. They can either be pools, lakes, oceans, etc... Also I need a good swimmer that works well too. If anyone can help me out, please contact me in world or simply reply here.

In all reality, I probably would have to take a lot of building classes to be a good builder. I'm trying to build a house kinda like a house I designed in the sims 2. I already ran into a snag last night and as a result, I pretty much deleted what I had built, but still have part of the house saved.

I've tried Dominion homes, but his rooms, some of them have non matching wall colors and kinda small for what I'm looking for, there's quite a few of them, but I can't think of any at the moment. I'll post them if I can remember them.

Hey everyone: I've been in the market of looking to buy a very nice large house with at least 3-4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and good size of all the rooms such as living room, dining room, office, etc... I'm also looking for various colors as well as light and dark wood floors and carpets in rooms too. I would like to know if anyone knows of houses like this ? Hey everyone: I am in the process of opening up a 4 story apartment building that contains 8 apartments as well as a community lounge. I am needing a rental system that will allow the tenants to be invited to the residents group so that they can rez without them waiting for me to invite them, I would also like a system that can make it so that they can control door locks without me needing to get them setup. I myself at one point have thought about buying a sim where I can lease out parcels, and I still might do that, but I've also ready that people are making very little profit if any off the business. What I've always wanted to do is setup an apartment business. It is something I am working on. Granted I may not be that successful at it since usually with an apartment building, there isn't much privacy. As for the land, I have rented from people who seemed to really care about the land business as well as those who don't seem to care much about tenants. I'm also picky about stuff too when it comes to land rental.

The building is still out for anyone to come and take a look at. However, the building will only be out for this week. After that, it will be put away until it goes to it's permanent location. A place that has homes for sale or a place I can put my home at, roads that I can drive a vehicle in, a place to park my vehicle as well as things to do. Are you looking for a employment in the world of Second life? Well look no further. Bogart's Jazz Club which is owned by the Franks Entertainment Group is hiring new hosts and hostesses. Applicants must be at least 90 days old, 21 years of age or older in real life and know their way around some of the second life commands such as ejecting, handing out notecards and landmarks, handing out VIP memberships to guests, assisting our entertainers, and so on and so forth. Bogart's Jazz club is a formal attire establishment only, so you must be able to wear formal attire as well. Hosting experience is a must, but you will also receive training too. We are also in dire need of managers as well. If applying for a management position, you must be able to work as a normal host or hostess first so that we can evaluate you to determine whether you would be a best fit for a manager, must be able to show up for all your shifts as well as cover other shifts needing coverage, managers must know how to send out group notices, assist with issues that arise with other staff members guests and entertainers, must be able to dedicate at least one day a week to be the manager of the day for a whole day, all managers will be required to handle other duties such as handling schedule issues, hiring new hosts and hostesses, assist with our VIP groups, check daily traffic, assist with the shops, assist with ban/eject reports, managing DJ'S/Singers as well as post club events. Some training will be provided for some of these tasks. We are also looking for night managers who can be available to work between the hours of 6PM-12AM SLT most days of the week too. Currently, we are hiring for overnight shifts, early mornings, Fridays between 12PM and 6PM SLT as well as weekends throughout the day. We are also hiring hosts and hostesses who want to fill in for other hosts/hostesses who cannot work a shift they are scheduled for. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We do have a bar in our club that hasn't been used in a while and I attempted to get it going at one point again. It is something that could be suggested to the general manager of the club. We do however require potential staff to be a minimum of 90 days old and we do not make exceptions to the policy. You have to know a lot about second life too.

I am unable to save changes I make in a notecard. Everytime I try, it says the server is experiencing problems. Anyone having this? Relogging didn't help either.

There are some streets on the mainland where you can rez a car to drive around if you wanted. Just look for rez spots on the mainland.

I just went and checked it out and it is a rather nice looking place. I recommend it.

Yes we are mainly looking for those who can work anywhere from 12AM-10PM as Hosts and Hostesses as well as fill ins. And weekends all day and nights as hosts and fill ins.
