  1. Thank you both Unklebob and Travis, you did help. I knew of the pages, and the information contained, I just wasn't sure if I had to ask him if I could purchase the land outright or not. When he "Sold" it to me, it was not listed as a rental, so I am hoping he will be willing to sell it outright I've been paying the tiers for a very long time, the land is established at this point and so I don't want to have to move everything.. lol
  2. Okay that makes sense. And yes that seems to be the case. So, the only way for me to pay the lower price, would be for me to buy the land from the land lord...
  3. Right, this is what it reads: Allowed holdings: 512 square meters Current holdings: 0 square meters Available for purchase: 512 square meters Peak square meter usage: 0 square meters Total monthly cost: USD 0.00 I also know that you can upgrade that: Land Use Fees Your current holdings and fees are shown in the left column below. If you're thinking about making changes to your mainland holdings, then use the fee calculator in the right column to estimate any changes to your fees. Current Fees Estimated Fees Square meters owned: 0 Square meters donated: 0 Premium Bonus in Square Meters: 512 512 Paid Tier Level: — — Available Square Meters: 512 512 Monthly Cost:* USD 0.00 USD 0.00 resetcalculate * For Residents of European Union countries, VAT will be assessed in addition to estimated fees. And just pay the $40 a month for the land through my account. And when I look under "My Mainland" I see this: Land: Marie Warden Land Owned Parcels Name Location Size ***The Red Phoenix Baboo (64,32) The above parcel is the land in question that I want to stop paying tiers on... lol It shows the size as being 0, but it is in fact 8,192sqm. Sorry if I'm confusing... I confuse myself sometimes as well..
  4. Hello Travis, It is mainland property. It even shows up under "My Mainland" on the websit under "Land Management". So what do I have to do to go about paying for it through my premium account? When I purchased the land... I did not have the premium account yet. I hope this is all a bit clearer.. lol
  5. Hmm, I guess what I meant to ask was this. The land manager link on the website gives you the option to increase your land usage fees.. for example, I currently "own" a piece of property that is 8192 sqm. But I pay my land lord each week. With the premium account you get 512sqm for free, but you can increase that and pay for the difference ie. 8192sqm for $40usd a month. I watched the tutorial on land usage, but it never talks about tiers. So I assume if you increase your land usage fee you don't have to pay tiers, it just is charged to your credit card along with the membership fee every month. When I look under "My Main Land" The parcle in question shows up there. So it indicates I "own" it. So basically, would my land lord have to re-sell the land to me? In order for me to pay it along with my membership fee? Am I over thinking things? hahahah *curtseys to Unklebob* Marie
  6. Hello again all! I have yet a some more questions.. I had "purchased" a parcle of land from a land owner, before switching to a premium account.  Every week I have to go and pay the tiers at his office.  Is it possible now,  for me to change this over and pay for the land through the premium account.  It would be cheaper.  If it is possible, how does one go about doing so?  And am I correct in my assumption that paying and extra $ amount every month by credit card means I no longer have to tp to the land office and pay tiers?  I'm not sure how all this works.. lol Thank you very much!!! xxMariexx
