Kiro Druart

I am interested in becoming a Linden, but I am unsure what would be required. I would love to help out in some way, but I want to know everything there is to know about becoming a Linden and what side effects it would have (like not being able to run a shop, clearing friend list, etc.) Any information would be appreciated.
