How can I see what viewer other people are using and if they are looking at me I have heard that it's possible but no one can tell me how and I have looked in forums, knowledge base and found nothing please help.

I have two pieces of land that touch but they are in different regions I just found out that I can't join them and now I need to know if I can place a house on the whole thing.. Can someone help please.
