voice is not working for hours

It installed the last update - and then my computer went totally crazy. It opened and loaded some of SL,then it froze,didnt even make to see my avatar load, all computer went down, a heavy bad crash,never seen this before. Then I tried again to turn back my computer on, open the SL viewer- then it loaded for a few seconds, then it froze, couldnt even move my mousebutton around the screen - and I had to start all over again. Didnt dare to try again to acces second life. What happens with the last update???
