Vortex Adult Sandbox - Griefing every day

I say intentional flagrant necroposting like this needs to be subject to disciplinary action. There is absolutely nothing of value that you've added to a more than 7 year old thread by saying this. -
anime Secondlife Anime
Lucia Nightfire replied to HatsuneMiku Yumako's topic in Art, Music and Photography
Kemono is still relatively in use(as per my last head & body stats). It's just not as commonly used as it was back before the first "big 3"(Maitreya, Belleza, SLink) took off. Many today have gone to Maitreya, Belleza, Legacy & Inithium for the sake of curves and clothing, but it's hard to have a schoolgirl(non-JK) look with the latter 3. Maybe I should do a separate a anime head & x body stats report next time I release stats when I hit 200k unique wearers, which at the rate I'm going, will be October. -
Objects and environment interactions with avatar
Lucia Nightfire replied to Reippi's topic in Animation Forum
In non-VR "games" where interaction between two (or three) avatars is common/critical, this usually is the case, especially in adult "games" where alignment of head, pelvis and hands are key. In those games you usually do not see height, torso or limb length sliders offered in the character creator screen, only fat/muscle sliders. 3DXChat is an example. -
I would say the same thing of Roblox's Lua scripting, but the fanbois would hate me. Too late? 😆

Future of the metaverse, and all that
Lucia Nightfire replied to animats's topic in General Discussion Forum
They implode because they don't make money to recoup operating costs like 95% of all venues in SL. Such things should only be considered an expensive hobby at best, not a business. -

They at least have controllable IKs, dynamic bones & colliders, something SL is long overdue for. -
Deploy Plan for the Week of 2021-08-23
Lucia Nightfire replied to Mazidox Linden's topic in Second Life Server
Is there any way Mauve on aditi could be restarted with version 2021-08-19.563028 so that I can test with my owned land and my group owned there? -

You are moonwalking. Everyone is...
Lucia Nightfire replied to CaithLynnSayes's topic in LSL Scripting
In regards to sounds, it would be neat if materials & collision sounds in objects could be read by script remotely. It would also be neat if we could assign a collision sound to each of the 4 terrain levels and those sounds and terrain low/high heights be able to read by script. Anyone know if any shoes also try to make water splashing sounds when you move in ankle/shin high water? -
Future of the metaverse, and all that
Lucia Nightfire replied to animats's topic in General Discussion Forum
IMO, we are still at a technologically infant stage to even achieve any resemblance of a true metaverse. VR and AR environments can't isolate us enough from our RL, nor can they override all the senses to fully immerse ourself into an alternative state of "existence" or consciousness. Full dive technology and/or significant advances in cybernetics and/or AI are necessary first. -
The new VP of engineering at Linden Lab
Lucia Nightfire replied to Candide LeMay's topic in General Discussion Forum
The same can be said for all positions, even for QA grunts. 5+ years prior experience and knowledge in programs you won't ever use. IMO, a significant requirement needs to be actual platform familiarization/usage with demonstration on such. We still get far too many staffers that have never used the platform until the day they get a call asking them to come in for an interview for that position at the bottom of their dream job list and they rush to "study" to figure WTH this "SL thing" was even about. "Oh, right! Avatars having sex or something!" -
IMO, the best quality and commonly available sex animation brands are RNP, Rawage, Kabuki & Sylva's. Sadly, only Kabuki regularly releases new content these days. Regularly, being once a month maximum. RNP and Rawage haven't released much lately, though. Sylva's creator passed away in 2015. There are HQ one-offs from brands like Ruckus & Doom, whom I wish would release more stuff. There are plenty of other creators who make sex animations, but they have a ways to go to match the quality of the ones I already mentioned. Again, this is all opinion from buying the 4 dozen pieces of sex furniture I use with my own adult app out of sampling hundreds. My expectations are also higher than most. This all said, I recommend this animation pack if you're building, else, look at lesbian rugs/beds on mp and check if the demo in-world has those same animations in its inventory. The animations average over 30 seconds each.

Fox News definitely won't be buying a copy. They pride themself on showing legs on and off camera even with their "mentor" long gone. -

"niche" as in only the staff of the company that offers the service use it and only within the company. I don't see that environment being attractive to corporate execs versus making Zoom calls. AR meetings with holograms of employees recording in real time would be more attractive than Wii-Office. -

Hopefully the Wulf of Battery Street isn't filling jobs for Tillia before he splits it off from SL and sells the "baggage", heh. -

Allegedly, Mojo Linden is the account he will be using to grace us all with his appearance. "Maybe" before his offical interview on Lab Gab. Hopefully by then, he will have filled out his profile and had @Strawberry Linden help pick out an outfit for him. 😉 -
