Not entirely the proper usage of this section. But ill see if I can help most of the regions that are excessively priced are Grandfathered regions. Those are about $30/month cheaper, which will really help out over time. Others, May have other things added to the region (Such as a 30k prim upgrade) which could save you some money. If you feel it's overpriced, it's probably best practice to just go ahead and go order a new one. No need to comment if you dont agree with someones price

Yes you can, If you own them both and they’re both private then there are no limitations. Even if you don’t own both, you can get permission from the owner to move beside them.

Yes we decided to be more competitive on pricing, there’s no reason to break even on $1,600 regions. But as always we never increase prices on active tenants! So If you still have land with me your price remains the grandfathered price.
