Does anyone remmy a track ... about 10 years ago or more ... filmed in SL ... it was called a Different World .. the DJ was Mark .... Sadly I can't remmy his last name .. either real or SL ... yet we used to be close friends ... strange I know ... I was just looking for the tune on YouTube .. and couldn't narrow the search down enough! It was almost like the first real track that was videoed in SL ... I remember it getting some press for that reason ... but yeah was prob 15 years ago ... any clues hit me up!

I've been away for about 5 years ..at least.... Back then myself and Phinn Bofffin were always fighting for 'Best Ofs' on Snapzilla.. was a running feud ... I think she is winning 9/8 😛 But i have to say since then the photos I'm seeing from SL ... far beat anything we ever did... current photos are awesome! ... incredible photography .... who are the photographers to watch these days ? ...as I want to get back in the game ... !

phew! downloaded Firestorm.. same issues .. cleared cache.. voila! I can actually walk around our house with no lag ..thanks to all who replied..! Now what did I use to do here... 🤫 oh yeah photo things..!

yeah its also been so many years it just occurred to me is there an SL cache setting ? ... maybe clear out old SL stuff.... Will try on a newer MacBook Air too

What are the min requirements these days ? I haven't logged in for like 3 years ... but now can't even walk around our land .... ok was using umm : Model Name: iMac Model Identifier: iMac13,1 Processor Name: Intel Core i7 Processor Speed: 3.1 GHz Number of Processors: 1 Total Number of Cores: 4 L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB L3 Cache: 8 MB Hyper-Threading Technology: Enabled Memory: 16 GB Used to be fine on local land ... now can't do anything ....

Just tried to launch SL on an iMac and it cant load ... re downloaded ... and now error is cant open ... ??

thanks Amethyst .. I had a feeling it would make me revert if I tried to use that allowed land holding....

I used to be premium, and used to have a 2048 parcel on Mainland.... have since gone back to Basic, with payment info on file. If I look at my account it still shows Allowed holdings 2048m ... Current holdings 0m ... so can I still buy a small 2048 parcel as Basic ??
