I recently tried to purchase L's and got an email saying it was declined. How to I find out why? Or to update my info again? Thank you for your help.

I updated the new viewer on SL for the Sunshine project they kept saying was mandatory, now my avatar will NOT rez, this is very upsetting as I have been a user for a very long time an never had issues with this. I need help! My whole second life experence is zero now. Star Cassini
