February Jinx

Trying to post an event, I'm told I've created too many events in the last 24 hours, however I have not posted any events in several days. What can be done and/or what could be causing this? Posting events is an important aspect of my business in SL.

I made a purchase on marketplace approximately 48 hours ago, the items have yet to be delivered, no refund has been made and contact with the primary designer has led no where, simply requoting the text of the yellow box "merchant cannot redeliver and has not been paid". I've read the grid status and for me it's been over 48 hours and I'm still without the items and the L$. What do I do now? Jinx edited to clarify: I am in no way condeming the merchant, my question is simply to find out what more I can do.
