Also, I have good news: I talked to a friend on SL who scripts a lot of good systems - among them an EEP changer system, she has for sale. She likes the idea and contacted the big weather system creators to work together to make our dream come true! And if not, she assured me, she will build her own system from ground up.

I can't really think of anything but if you are just seeking for the bare animation, try asking here in the "Wanted" or "Employment" section or inworld groups (e.g. Builder's Brewery) for a bento animator who might just make it for you for, likely, little more than just buying one from MP?

Right? It would make weather so much more realistic and still dynamic. Frankly this inability is why I stopped using weather systems - I just love the immersive, realistic EEP settings you can create for your land, so I value them more than rain or snow falling every other day. So with the inability to combine both in a dynamic random setting, I choose EEP over weather systems. About possible or not: I would think technically it should be possible. There are products on MP that can change EEP for a person via touch or defined area, so it is apparently possible to override someone's EEP through a script. That is why I am actually surprised that no weather system maker has yet had the idea to combine that with their system for a dynamic EEP change.

Hang out or sleep on your own Yacht or throw a hot party! If you want to get to the yacht and back to the beach without teleporting, you can even use the gray dinghy at the beach!

I was more wondering than necessarily actively looking: Does anyone of you guys know of a weather system that can also change EEP settings? I know that there are nice weather systems and I know there are tools that automatically override/change EEP settings. But I wonder if there is one system that can do both? That is one little thing that bothers me about EEP & weather so far: It looks too unreal to have a weather system starting random rain, but the sky still looks like a beautiful dry summer day in Florida at the same time. Then again, I don't want to always manually change the parcel EEP when the rain sets in automatically, lol.

Major renovations to the whole entrance area of my Estate in Italy finally finished - and I'm LOVIN' it! Probably going to exchange the ugly textile awning over the entrance and still seeking for some mesh dirt layer to "roughen up" the ground with. There is a rain system that actually makes its weather prims shrink to almost 0 when not activated - give me a moment to try and find it in my sales log on MP from years ago. So during rain, you'll still focus on the prims (there is just no way in SL around that), but when not raining, they are out of the way. EDIT: Here we go, it's the one from Botanical. Very honestly - and I know that doesn't exactly help in this very situation, but - honestly, this kind of stuff is why I shop on MP only. And always have. I only ever buy something inworld if it's either cheap at an event, where I don't care about my 60 or so L$ if they go lost, or I don't find a suitable product I need and have to resort to buying inworld. But I avoid it like the plague.

To wash up an old post, as well - here my personal, multi layered security & visitor detection system: As a first line of both security and visitor detection I simply use the famous caspersafe. It is a security orb system that also has the ability to send you a popup message gridwide wherever you are, when someone NOT on your access list enters your private area. You can then grant access through that popup, ban them or ignore the message. The system also runs its own web based visitor list - so while not a live alert for people that have access, you can still log ALL visitors that way. Now, because that is not enough for me and I'm one of those Discord fanatics who have their discord online 24/7 on all PC and mobile devices, I am additionally using a plugin from the creator Peter Stindberg. This plugin injects through an API into a discord channel on my own discord server. It instantly records any visitors on my land by sending a message in that specific chat channel in my discord server, so I get a discord ping every time someone visits my land. Regardless whether they have access with caspersafe, or not.

I will certainly accept you guys' invitation and likewise - come by for a coffee any time! And no, I have nothing to do with those pesky ol' pirates, rarr rarrr! I just have my little Italian mansion in the sky - and, if I can ever finish it, a private beach downstairs. I'm that very visible plot with the name "Blackwood Estate" on the map! 😄

Without intending to slightly alter the topic, but I fully agree. And that's why I was always skeptical about the sales idea when MP was sold to LL years back - and am just as skeptical and rather negatively towards casper systems now having been sold to LL. In which case I fear the exact same outcome from what you have described very well. Selling or giving a player made project over to corporate LL has so far never done anyone any good, other than LL's money pockets. MP is the proof, and I'm afraid casper will be in a few years down the road, as well.
