I explained how to use Alpha Masking (in the Texture tab of Edit) but she said that had no effect. (I mask all my houses when I update them.) Now, with or without Alpha Masking, I rarely notice the alpha bug when using Singularity, which I assume it is because of some settings in the Advanced menu. However, my customer has Firestorm, which has different settings -- does anyone know of some setting in Firestorm that would lessen the alpha bug? thanks! In the Developer Menu, under Rendering, Object-object occlusion. This can help with alpha's fighting each other over priority, if that is the bug you are talking about.

I have written some very scathing replies myself, only to delete them and pass on by. It can be very therapeutic. :^)

I modified my movement keys to match the way I have always configured them in online games that I have played through the years. It takes a little work to do it, but in "YourViewerNameHere"\app_settings is an xml filed named keys.xml. Use an xml editor, and go through and change the key bindings where you like, save the file, and then all you need do is keep a copy of it that you can paste into the folder on subsequent version upgrades.
  4. Getting old has its advantages, it also has its drawbacks; the loss of one's contemporaries, a glimpse at your own approaching mortality, and a predisposition to becoming emotional. I have experienced all three of these today.
  5. For Starters you should have pinched a bit of him off, so you could bake another one when he was gone. That is the way Bread winners are, here today, gone tomorrow, better warm and slathered with butter. What you knead to do is start another breadable, this time keeping a little bit of the best part of him that will ensure a Rise at the proper time.

Poor wording for the subject at hand, but any expectation of privacy in a public place does not include preventing someone from setting their gaze in your direction, which is really what is being discussed here.
  7. If you are organized enough to all come here and post the same, you are organized enough to scout around and find another place to call home, where griefers don't frequent, and scripts are on. Be adventurous.

  9. Sometimes selecting an object in edit mode will cause unseen prims to appear. While that does not explain the problem, it is an easier fix than re-logging.

  14. I'm a legend in my own time mind. Does that make me a clique of 1?

Although now, your views do seem to be a bit slanted, to the right actually. Perhaps this is an insight into your political leaning. Edited to correct "left" to "right." Though you are slanted towards my left, you are actually slanted towards your right. Perhaps I was projecting.
  19. On casual observation of your background image on your forum badge, I would say you have trouble focusing.
