I think you're theory may be correct...we're not going to see any incremental bids if say your maximum bid is 14990 and there's someone with a higher maximum, we'll see only that person's 15000 bid. As you say...not going to be testing out that theory...too costly!

What do you mean by "price averages"? Is there a wiki entry or LInden auction FAQ defining the term?

I confess I cannot find this information anywhere...in the land auctions, normally bids go up in 10 linden increments; however, on these Horizon land auctions, we are seeing an initial bid of 1000$L and then an immediate jump to 20,000$L...how is that accomplished?

I'm sure this must have been mentioned dozens if not hundreds of times...but why can't we have a preference in the viewer similar to the one in Firestorm for automatically setting objects when rezzed to the land group when possible?
