  2. Being able to backup your entire inventory into one file and store it on your hard drive, being able to restore it in no time would be nice... And all the objects would be backed up with all the perms intact, so if you have items that you bought that are awesome, but they are no longer being sold would also be backed up... WE NEED THIS BACKUP FEATURE!!! Please Linden Lab... I got hacked recently and aside of the lindens over 80k to be exact, all my lands were released, all the buildings deleted, all my inventory cleared, so i didnt even have a newb avatar... It was terribly traumatic experience for me... Especially that i sold alot of items, which are gone now forever... I dont witsh this to happen to anyone, but it should show that we NEED the backup functionality WITH the permissions... I would think that the biggest sellers in SL would sign this idea!
  3. Yeah it is beyond me, why Linden Labs haven't created a way to download your entire inventory backup as one file and store it, along with the perms of all the objects. Because there may be objects that you have bought once long time ago, and they are awesome, and they are no longer sold... I dont get it how hard is it??? I have been hacked recently and the *****ers released all my lands and deleted my entire inventory, my store was gone and all the objects i sold, including prim-bodies, mesh bodies, skins EVERYTHING was gone forever! My loss was unmeasurable... But i got up afterwards and im ok now... but it IRKS me to NO END that theres NO WAY to backup your inventory... DO YOU HEAR ME LINDENS? Treat this as a request!

  6. Any tuts on how to rig a mesh correctly to that skeleton on maya. I model in maya but never did rigging. A tut would be appreciated! Also got one question. I have a buff human mesh the legs are close together and if i set my mesh like this the legs are gonna clip in the middle. Can i move the skeleton or it HAS to be in this default position ?
  7. Sorry to say it's NOT just as easy as just poly modelling... can make a simple human model in maya in one hour... And im trying to import ready mesh for over a week without success. I made a mesh rigged using default SL skeleton. Everytime i try to load it up to SL (Ihavent made LOD's) it doesnt see the highest LOD it sees all lower ones then it crashes... And tbh im not sure how to make LOD's... does that mean i have to make 4 separate meshes each rigged UV'mapped and textured?
  8. Downloaded the skeleton.ma This is how it looks on my maya... Any ideas what should i do to make it look normal ??? Im using maya 2012. The dae converted with fbx converter looks pretty much the same only more messed up... wth?
