  1. How many times are you gonna edit your "last post"? Cuz I'm tired of getting notifications on my phone every two minutes.
  2. Companies generally are dry, dry places when it comes to respecting the "personalities" of its customers. Just think: If a company spent its time catering to every customer's every little whim, it wouldn't have much time to do anything else. P.S. Wrong capitalization in a username is not likely to cause me much pain. If you are so distressed by such a thing... Well. I don't know what to say. P.P.S. Your Forum name is taken from your Second Life account name. And no, you can't change that, either. But you probably already knew that, seeing as your account is almost four years old...
  3. You can find tragic events on just about any date in the calendar, I imagine... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Days_of_the_year What does that have to do with your "freedoms"? As for capitalization... You can edit your posts, I suppose, if it's important to you (and I know you know how to)... Hardly soul-crushing.
  4. How is not being able to delete or merge accounts on a forum trampling on your "freedom"?
  5. No. ETA: Although you can have your profile point to other account(s), like Madelaine does. :smileyvery-happy:
  6. I don't think it's possible to delete a Forum registration. Just login and use a different (alt) account to post.

Thanks for your "answers" Is there any way of knowing whether this thread started in Answers and was migrated over here to General Discussion by a Moderator, or it started out here? It should say " Moved: [Thread Title]" in the thread list, no? Or, rather, a new thread gets created with that title, along with a post pointing to the moved thread. But no, it was born here and here it will die. Hopefully, quickly. Edit: Fixed arrow.
  8. Oh. Well, then it shouldn't be a problem for her, as you say. Much ado about nothing.
  9. It won't be because you and your meat puppet don't want to put Payment Info on File and thus can't go to gaming sims....
  10. I don't "call" myself anything. I've posted answers that other people found sufficiently helpful that the algorithm designated me a "helper". And you're welcome.
  11. Yeah. Read it. Here's a clue: You don't actually have to buy L$s to have Payment Info On File and if you want to play...
  12. Katinka Baxton wrote: I think its unfair... Life isn't fair.
  13. Katinka Baxton wrote: I think its bad and so many game sims have vanished already due to these rule. SL is going down Ya mean like how it "went down" when "gambling" was banned? LOL.
  14. Translation: "My attached lighting: Good! Your attached lighting: Bad!"
  15. Oh, stop being all reasonable and **bleep**, you. You'll confuse people.
  16. Person A likes to use a facelight. It's unobtrusive, dialed way down. In fact, you can barely see it unless you zoom in and it's not casting light on anyone outside of a 0 meter radius (see my examples earlier in this very thread). Person B comes along and is somehow offended by this and is not shy about expressing her displeasure in IM and/or local chat. When she fails to "educate" Person A enough so that they surrender and detach said facelight, she stamps her feet and finally derenders Person A. Who's the rude and entitled one again???
  17. For the umpteenth time, **bleep**, a solution is in place. Turn off attached lighting. "Oh, but why should ****I**** have to turn off a feature that ****I**** find offensive if/when it's not used in the manner that ****I**** find good and right and acceptable?" Round and round it goes...
  18. Pussycat Catnap wrote: Its not for you to tell all of us... That's right. It's for "authorities" like Pussycat to dictate what is good and right to YOU.
  19. You can't. You can block someone from sending you private messages via the Forum but you can't "ignore" posts.
