Hiya Emmett.... I use to be co-owner of a club and I remember how you feel....make yourself a plan....start with what type of club...will your music be genre specific...will you take aim at a specific group of ppl within SL (our club was vampire based)...then set yourself a theme (makes it easier when deciding what decor...what building..etc...) as far as equipment if its a goal that your working for...start picking up little things...how about a scheduler (to keep the employees informed on schedules)...an event calendar (always makes it easier to schedule...advertise and plan when its in your face)...lights...dance floor...shout board...group inviter...contest board...sploaders.....there is alot of things to grab....start a list...visit clubs and check out the newest little gadgets that they are using in their clubs (you may see something you just cant live without)..as far as the tip jars thats up to you....i provided everything my employees needed....all i needed was them to show up for work (plus you can control a tip split with the club if you own the tip jars....gotta pay for rent somehow)...its alot of work to keep a club open for more than a few months....but i can tell you this.....its also ALOT of FUN!!!!
