[My avatar cannot be seen by one person. However can be seen by everyone else. Any suggestions?]

My avatar cannot be seen by one person, however others can see. We have tried other viewers,as well as relogging as well as making sure no scripts causing the disapperance. Any suggestions on how to resolve? Thanks!
