I put on an Avatar from my "pick an Avatar" in my inventory now I can't take off the hair base. I have tried to replace it with another one, replace clothing then logged off and back on. I even put what I usually wear such as skin body eyes hair and hair base into a new folder and tried to replace. Can anyone help?

I came in here looking for support for issues with my Firestorm viewer and got no where even after suplying all the info that was requested, a colossal waste of my time for a viewer that won't work. Give me back my Pheonix!, at least it worked.

I keep getting these flashes of different colors and lines when I try to rezz or edit, aso some ojbects like trees won't render, I never had this problem with Pheonix viewer and I had a Tech spend over 31/2 hours in my computer and every thing was fine including my Video card. any sugestion please! my Graphic card is fine, I just had a Tech run a compleate scan of my computer 31/2+ hours and he tol me everything was fine, any other sugestion?

Every time I try to rezz or edit I get all these flashes of colors and lines on my screen then I crash, I also noticed it takes forever to rezz in now that I went to Firestorm and Secondlife viewers. I have gone through all of SL and Firestorms sugestions and still cash all the time
