Our Current positions that we're looking to fill are Servers, Sales Representatives, Wedding Coordinators, and Wedding Videographers! We're hiring servers with great, creative emoting skills, dependable, and enthusiasm for our couples. Dinners are scheduled by the availability of the couples and training is included. This is a paid per booking position plus 100% Tips. For a Sales Representative, we are looking for professional sales representatives that are efficient with details, capable of explaining multiple options to potential clients, and above all else, give great customer service. You are not expected to voice all the time, but you MUST be able to hear voice in-world and be able to type in local chat if needed. This is the only set scheduled and paid position with 100% Tips included. In order to be a Wedding Coordinator, we ask that you are able to voice. You will delegating orders to your staff during the wedding, but also being able to communicate with your clients. You must have extreme patience, customer services, enthusiasm, and over the top professionalism. You MUST have compassion and understanding for each client to fulfill their needs from start to finish. You will be expected to perform a Bridal Consultation, a Wedding Rehearsal, and all together Wedding. This is a paid position plus 100% tips. We do offer Full Training! For a Videographer, It takes a person with a good eye for lighting and position to do beautiful shots, exceptional editing skills, and a lot of experience doing videos. It takes an entirely different person to do a wedding. You must have patience, be assertive, be super organized, and communicate well with your clients and staff. We have several highly skilled videographers on staff but there is just too many weddings and so little time. SO we are looking for a couple of videographers that already have the skills needed and we can just train them on how to do weddings. This is also a paid position plus 100% tips role. *Please Note*: You MUST have a great internet connection and a computer that is capable of handling lag as well as the knowledge on how to reduce lag. Most weddings have guests between 40-70. If your computer is unable to handle this, it just won't work. I recently bought a 49" monitor. When I did my last video it never occurred to me to check settings with the change. When I went to edit the clips, its "off center" so even though I was focused on the subject, it only recorded like the left half of the screen. Are any of those clips are salvageable at all? Is there a setting I can click to make the entire thing show or did it just record the left half? I am hoping it recorded the whole screen but only showing left half so I can fix it. I have been able to go back in and get the settings right now, after the fact... but really hoping anyone knows how to recover the clips I have saved to show the full screen. I am willing to run them thru any program needed. Thanks!!!
