I get the "you have been logged out" message. And this just started the same time the TP crashes began to happen everywhere. I have no idea what a ping and tracert text file is.

Over the past couple of weeks I have been crashing a lot (not just on teleport). On estate land it happens like every 20 minutes. But, when I am on mainland, I do not crash at all. Anyone have any ideas on why this would be?

I need to find some sits or lying down that start from a standing position, but, animate to the pose. In other words, I am not standing and then suddenly on the ground. I have tried Abranimations. I found one lay down, but it looks like I died when laying down. I'd prefer laying on my side to on my back. Any help is so appreciated !
