  1. Hello, I had a case resolved on Jund 3rd, 2016, all worked fine. I was going to file another support case form this last week via the support portal site and every time I'm to submit it, error comes up saying Second Life Support Down, tried several times now, so I opened my email and reopened my old case but got an email back saying i had to open a new case from either the support portal or by the email address, I chose the support email address. It took no longer than 45 minutes now getting an email back from Linden Lab saying this email was no longer in use for support cases and refering me to the support portal, now this one we know does not work, so what is the email address to use to Second Life Support as of today's date??????
