  1. Hello, we have 13 stores to rent out in our Las Vegas Showplace sim as seen in the SL Destination Guide. 5 are large stores and the other 8 are medium size. The rental boxes are in the far corner from each enterence. Each store has a good store front street view with the Park on the other side of the street or the Beach on the strip. You can contact Seamack Resident if you need any help moving in and setting up or Michelle Mavendorf to help with the rental boxes if needed.   5. Hello, my new fun house is called New World Enlightenment Fun House. It has 85 rooms and passages of puzzles, mazes and fun. It has no dead ends but it does have secret passages for the explorers out there. It is a good idea to bring friends to help find the way, most of it is easy but some parts are a bit trricky. http://slurl.com/secondlife/Glinda/187/64/441 Here are some screen shots...   6. SL requires a cable or DSL connection for a mac. Plus your mac has to be 10.6 or newer or SL wont work. You could try an older SL viewer or third party viewers as they do work in most instances.

In execution of the project I am searching for person who will undertake script writing for it (script for ancient theater in Sparta sl) The project include the set of performances of Aesop fables. The worth of this show is that they are short, funny and only few actors are starring. Each on them can last approx. 30'. To perform are proposed: "The Fox and the Grapes", "The Fox and the Crow", "The Wolf and the Lamb". Apply to Alina Gabilondo. I posting this for my friend, Please IM Alina Gabilondo to apply for play dialog writer position. She calls it script but it is a Play script for a theater not coding type of scripting.
  9. I find when I use that script I often have to edit the prim, open the script and select Reset and it is fine again. However it is for this reason I just don't use the script, too bothersome. Anyone can do this even if they own it but do not have permission to see the script because they can see the Reset button and click it, at least it used to be that way, I am not sure if it still is, (should be). Or you could sell your item as coalesced with a READ ME note card explaining to rez it in edit mode so it can be moved since it is more than one object not linked.
  10. Create a new notecard and when the blank notecard opens type in what you want and drag your calling card or landmark on to the space where you type in the noyecard > save. You can not drag your calling card from your inventory to a notecard that is also in you invent, you drop it on the notecard page when it is open and out of your invent.
  11. First you need the script to animate the image. If you have one of the old style Linden fires that animates the flames the script is in there with full perms. Then you need a texture with 16 images on it to be animated by the script. Something like this...

  13. Hello, I need several TV series created in SL for a real world television station. Please submit a URL of a video demo to me via IM of what you can do, 6 to 10 minutes long. If you have content already you would like to use that's fine but if you would like to create something new I have a week to find what we need, so you have a week too. Since this is for a real life TV station there can not be any nudity or swearing. It must be original and look professional. If your demo is chosen we will then need a pilot episode, if your pilot is chosen your series will go on the air and you will be paid in real money not SL dollars. This is an opportunity to produce TV shows full time for a living, it is not for hobbyists. The inside scoop: Your demos will be reviewed by the TV station and their sponsors not by me. So if you have a title graphic try to keep it short, (a few seconds) if you have full credits at the beginning they may skip over your submission altogether. Once your title is over get right into the story, keep them interested, then keep them interested again, then make them want more and then end it, then credits. You may submit a couple demos per show and you may submit a number of different TV series as you wish. Right now they are looking for something realistic and based in Toronto. Realistic means not fairies or vampires or other similar imaginary things that have already been done. Based in Toronto since that is where the TV station is, you can use my sim for now but you are not limited to have all scene there and only there.   14. Rez the swing, rez the holder, move them so they are in the right relationship to each other. Now edit the swing hold shift and click on the holder, both will be highlighted, right click and Take. They will both go into your inventory as one item. Drag it from inventory and both pieces will be the way they were when you took them but they will still be two different items.
  15. The rotaion is only in one prim which all others are linked to so, edit your swing and select "Edit linked parts" and click on the yellow highlighted, (root) prim and rotate it 90 degrees on the blue Z axis, x off the edit mode and click swing to make it swing, It should ok then.
  16. Go to World > Region/Estate > Terrain > change the images of the ground in each of the corners of the sim with the correct elevation to suit.
  17. Once an animation starts it has to play the entire animation. Perhaps use shorter animations? Oh or use 3 or 4 animations in a row for one action, that way if you stop not all animations will play only the ones at the beginning of the series, (although I believe this only works with poseballs).
  18. Incase the other images here are different from yours as they are from mine here's what I do in SL V3.3.newsest.one. At the top left of the screen there are two lines, hover over them and wait for a little menu to appear with a More button, click More, click Streaming Music then below that click on / off / on / off / on, (toggling) until you hear music. The allow media to play automatically can be extremely annoying since every time you go some where the music and video will play their sounds at the same time over lapping each other making a garbbled mess and you will always have to stop and turn one of them off. Yes too bad the user friendly on / off buttons for music and video have been removed and replaced by hidden multi level menus. The learning curve keeps going up up up.
