Mynx Broome

I logged in yesterday to discover that nearly everything on my sim was gone. All of my items and most the items owned by my neighbors have vanished and are not in our inventories or lost in cache problems. The only event that I know of between the last time I saw my items and logging in to find them gone is a restart that was done about 5am March 1st. Is there any hope of getting the sim restored or getting my items returned to inventory? I apologize if this is a duplicate post, I tried posting it once before but that post seems to have also fallen into the void. *A ticket has already been put in place but there has been no response. I am trying to gather more information. *the sim is a mainland sim and between three of us we own the entire sim. All parties have lost almost all items, (a few prim rocks remain).
