There’s somewhere around maybe 500 people active on Teen Grid, so the chances of your neighborhood being 'interrupted' is excessively slim when divided up against the amount of regions in second life. Also considering there are already thousands of under-aged resident already on Main Grid, your reason to raise a concern is funny to me. I'm not really sure why there’s so much unrest over a group of people that makes up .0005% of the entire game, Teen Grid. I recommend you quit right now, so that you aren't too upset when you realize there’s underage residents all around you. Age Verification is NOT mandatory in Second life, so isn't anything actually preventing anyone of any age from using the service in the mature 'Main Grid' Environment. Its sad to see such a large number of ignorant, clueless people on here absolutely losing their mind over this.
