Loved that community center with the train station behind it in Muehlenbach! I can really imagine fun events happening there, but the houses do not appeal to me. I do think the chalet regions are beautifully landscaped and perfect for strolling, biking, and picture-taking.

It’s been my default viewer for the last 2 years except when I have to build or decorate, which I rarely do nowadays since I hire others to do it for me. The only thing I dislike about it is that you have to wear an AO because it doesn’t have a built-in AO like Firestorm.

Unedited snap of my experiment on my gender-bender model: male skin (Vendetta - Liang T2) on the Catwa HDPRO Queen. I sometimes dress hir/them up as a drag queen after all, so the head and its name is fitting! I just make them wear a turtleneck or a scarf to hide the female neck/male body incongruity. On another positive note, I think I may have a renewed appreciation for Catwa. Not because she gave a L$6000 head away for L$1 (that was the most stressful L$10 MP transaction I ever made btw), but because the quality turned out very nice. I will keep the head on my main and all the alts I sponsored not only in memory of the day MP crashed, but also because I love that you can make so many gorgeous looks with it.

I found many skins for Genus also look quite gorgeous on the Catwa HDPRO On one of the alts I upgraded from GENUS Strange W002 to Catwa Queen, this skin (along with a few others from her old collection, mostly by same creator) fits her new head perfectly:

I dug up my old landmarks to check if this place was still operating. As of today there are 2 skyboxes available for L$50 per 100 prims/week. I rented here last year to rez a temporary venue for an event, and I remember the landlord @iamyourneighbour being extremely kind and generous to give me extra 100 prims per L$50. The other rentals all over this region are also very affordable at L$150 for 300 prims or something like that.
