Hello! I'm looking for a 7000sqm - 8192sqm plot of land, as close to box shape as possible. I'm interested in there being decent water access for sailing, so that I can rez a dock/boat on the ground and have a skybox above. It doesn't need to be directly on the ocean, but there does need to be protected land that allows for travel to the sea. Price range is flexible, but I'm not interested in going higher than 35000 unless it's a spectacular plot. No winter sims, grassy preferred. No general regions, moderate or adult only, please. I wouldn't mind looking at two plots next to each other that I can join, as well. Thank you! Cara Olivieri
