Lady Unplugged

A sculpted prim that I can make a texture for and put on it. IDK what the difference in a mesh and a sculpty is... (I know... that's sad, just now really getting into trying this) I have ROKURO_PRO, but I can't make the things I need it in...

I've looked all over and tried downloading python addons but nothing seems to work like the tutorials say it will. Can anyone please give me a step by step instruction on how to get my blender sculpts into SL before my brain explodes.... lol Please and Thank you, Lady
