I have an item which has a best seller for more than a year: Wedding walks. I have sold nearly 300 copies of it and never had a complain. Every customer is happy with the scripted item. Some days ago a person named Blue Holfe posted a bad review just saying. "Dont buy. Doesnt work" This is absolutely not true. I have talked to her showing my disappointment and offering help to set it up if she needed. It could be either a SL bug, a land settings, .... She never set an appointment for me to help, neither removed the review. What can a merchant do in such cases? please help ! Wedding walks - Father and bride; bridesmaid or Bride solo
