Make sure you have the newest version of Firefox installed. I know when I hit the slurl for some of the hunts I have been doing a windo popped up asking what app I wanted to use. I was able to add the Emerald since it came up with the SL viewer in it..Hope that helps.

There is a second download on the page where you downloaded the viewer that you have to download and install as well to get the voice. The voice system is proprietory and has to be done separately as a plugin. If you go back to the original page where you downloaded the Emerald viewer you will see the second download for the viewer. Just download and install it and voice is back.

Be sure that in the preferences tab you have changed all the default settings for the caches to go to your flash drive. By default they go to the C drive. You have to be sure they are set to go to whatever drive the flash drive ends up on the computer you are using. The drive designation will change from computer to computer, depending on what is on it. On my laptop it would be F drive, on my desktop it would be G. That may be the problem. Remember A and B are for floppies, C and on are hard drives, then CD/DVD drive,then the externals like your flash drive. Hope that helps.

Easiest way is to go to the folder, right click and select add to outfit. Same with any outfit. Add, not replace...you will be good to go then.

Has she checked her hair, shoes, and other prims? If they have the resizing scripts in them, those continue to listen for instructions and can cause lag. Chances are that is the problem. People forget about the jewelry with the bling on/off commands, the resizer scripts, etc. Also, if she has a lot of gesture activated, particularly ones that use sound files, those could cause problems as well. Good luck.

If you have vendors, you may also need to be sure that you go to one that allows scripts to run.
