It just happened to me too ComfortAnn, its not us its Marketplace... ARGH

Yes ChinRey no real explaination at all. You get to guess whats wrong. Everyone of those listings have been in my shop for several years. So it isnt like they're brandie new listings. As a matter of fact I sold two of the Grits lowcuts just the day before. You get no chance to fix whats wrong or told whats wrong, they just do a general point at the TOS and expect you to figure it out. Every one of the items tagged has a Rebel flag on it, so NO there are no brand names on the items and I have never used the Quick Fill function. I dont even put in search words anymore because I obviously didnt do that right once upon a time, and got locked out of my account for a week. Policies need to change. A merchant should at least be allowed to address an issue without it just being yanked and blocked with no more explaination than an auto generated response. That would mean that if you dont like the Canadian flag or you didnt like me for example, that you can just flag something and POOF my work is gone... WAY NOT COOL

NOT TRUE, I was told directly from Linden Labs that if I would become a Premium member that I could actually speak to someone about expectations and what was wrong, otherwise you can submit a ticket and have a nice day or dont

Thanks for your response Monti but NOPE, I have been flagged before with the same explaination, and only got to guess at what that statement ment. Its not about my items, its about someone flagging me to be evil. I am just closing my store. I am so sick of not getting REAL answers or even a chance to fix what is claimed to be wrong. If you dont become a Prime member you're treated like trash.. I am SO DONE. Thanks for your time Monti. Some of them say; Practices-Harmful or disruptive content. ??? WTH does that mean? Rebel Till I Die is Harmful? PFFT. EVERYTHING that got flagged and blocked has to do with the Rebel flag. Someone has issues. My shop is now closed. LL can live just fine without any profit from me unless they want to discuss this issue and allow me to address it, then color me DONE. Why is it that Linden Labs can just block an item on your Marketplace shop with no other explaination than; The item has been blocked due to Spam or Disallowed Listing Practices??I work hard in my shop and take extra care to make sure all items are in the proper categories. I get no actual explaination as to what was wrong with the listing, it just gets blocked. You dont even get the opportunity to fix it, they just block it.This crap just makes me want to empty my shop and be done with it. This just means anyone that may have it in for you can flag something and it gets blocked. After 8 years inworld and I've spent PLENTY of Linden and real cash just to get items I work hard on creating to just be tossed with nothing more than an auto generated explaintion. I should NOT have to be a Prime member to get answers. Linden Labs makes plenty of $L's off my salesI AM ANGRY :smileymad:

Even though I'll expect to get the same response as the last time I tried to figure out why, which was nothing. And nope the lack of response for help in this area doesnt suprise me one bit. Well Rolig. NO its not that LL hasnt noticed yet. I've paid attention. It seems the only time you can get any legitimate answers are if you're a premium member. So I do not feel my example is "BAD". And yes its true its "what I really want to know". I do however thank you for your response and just where do I find the Marketplace >>> Marketplace Item Listing Issues? In the forums? the blogs? Knowledge base? And NO I will not point out others that list trademarks, but they're listed is my point and they have been listed for a very long time. The listing I'm talking about has NO trademark of any kind. The only message I get is that it was pulled for TOS violations, which there are no TOS violations to violate with more than one of my listings. When I call them on the phone they just give me the run around of put in a ticket which the last time I did, I got zero answers.. and was told if I go premium, I can talk to a real person.. lovely. I have serveral MP listings that have been blocked. They give no reason as to why they're blocked except the usual TOS crap. Some of these I see NO reason as to WHY they're blocked. Is there anyone that I can contact about this and do I have to be a premium member to get any real results? I understand why some of them were, they claim I've used a trademark, however some of them are not related to ANY trademark and still remain blocked. and YES I've tried relisting them and they still get blocked. I actually dont even understand if I did have a trademark when I search and see that many others have listed things with the very same trademark, such as example (Harley Davidson). But some of my blocked items have nothing to do with any trademark of any kind

I'm in an MC in SL. We're being constantly bagered by another MC that we used to belong to, He and his MC continue to make alts as well as login old alts, crashing our meetings and the mainland we have our clubhouse. Even though the land is set to group only, they continue to evade our land and our SL time with constant attacks of various sorts. From graphics crashing to sim crashing and IMs from alts with nasty verbal abuse. I muted more than 8 alts in one night and reported it. It continues We've turned in various abuse reports ranging from verbal abuse and others to try and get these people tracked down and stopped and nothing is being done. Some of the alts are newly made and some are not new. LL had us ALL agree to new TOS and why'd they even bother? Nothing is being done and no one helps. So much for a nice SL experience. Some of us spend allot of money in this game. It sucks to know there is no peace if someone decides to attack for the shear fun of being evil to others. THE QUESTION IS HOW DOES A PERSON MAKE IS STOP AND WHEN DOES LL PLAN TO BACK THEIR TOS?? THERES THE QUESTION

Well how do we report such relistings because people are doing it all over the place. Plus you cant relist the review it keeps giving me a review has been flagged and cant relist the review.. even after they relisted it.. This pretty much defeats why its even there..

Well I have tried several times to submit a ticket and get errors all over the place just trying to get simple answers as to what exactly it is that I am doing wrong with my listings. I have been told that I have used direct words to logos or trademarks and not using search words correctly. I've had my account suspended for 7 days because of this lack of understanding. I have tried many times to get answers and continue to get the auto response run around and I attribute this to lack of having the money to be a *Premium* member, nor can I speak to an actual person to give me answers because of that status. The brand names you said I've violated can be searched on Xstreet and find literally many pages of the very same logo's and trademarks you claim I've violated, and even use of the exact trademark is named in the description of the items. I've even tried to reword the items and relist them because others have the same related items clearly listed with direct brand names and trademarks and got suspended for it because I simply do not understand what I am doing wrong that others are obviously doing right. Below is the email I sent to the Market Place Listing Team and of course I got the lovely auto response as predicted. No I am not a premium member, however I have been a premium member of your community for over 3 years, and Linden Labs has profited from me being in your community too. I am also an officer for 3 years with the Relay For Hope and the Relay For Life team for the American Cancer Society in Second Life which has generated literally thousands of US dollars towards the fight against cancer. Because I do not rate your so called *premium* services such as being able to actually speak to someone as to just exactly what it is that I am doing wrong, I would be more than happy to fix it, and have tried. Obviously not to your approval though. If this letter is not the right department, Please pass it to the right department since the email I was sent to notify me my account was suspended is a no reply return address Here is exactly why I do not understand the so called *Terms of Service you claim I have violated. But since I'm a free member I doubt I even rate the fact that you'll bother to read this and send me back the lovely auto response. But its going to make me feel better to type it anyway so hear goes I have been a member of SL for over 3 years now, and allot of my money and my earned Linden in SL has went into your accounts, either by paying tier, buying items and the person selling them paid their bills and it pretty much has all went its circle back to you. No I cannot afford a *Premium* membership like others. But I have worked hard in SL and I've been productive here. You claim I have violated your *Terms of Service* using a trademark or search words involving a trademark. Well I can type in for example the word *Harley* and come up with pages of direct logo's, posters, shirts, jackets and vest that state *Harley* on not only the description but the actual item carries the so called trademark logo. You have not punished my shop for this so called violation, you have punished my account. Why is my shop still in business? Why not put my shop out of business instead of my avatar? None of this makes any sense to me at all. And when I can search ALL of the names you said I am violating. I can type any of them in Xstreet search and find many others proudly labeling the so called *trademarks* I have no idea what I am doing wrong that rates me this violation when I see others doing it in the same Market Place as I have been. You have not made clear exactly what I am doing wrong so I can even try to fix it, or I would. I simply have no idea why this is happening. And being locked out of my account so I can't even try to fix it makes sense? Can they all list with *trademarks* because they're premium members? I have honestly tried to understand the *Terms of Service* even reworded things and I'm sure you have seen that I have. Here is the end result of this for me. I really loved coming into SL, have spent endless hours inworld. Second Life used to be fun for me. That is now changing. Your grid is starting to feel to much like RL. The difference is in RL at least you are treated with the dignity to plead your case to a person and be heard no matter how much money you do or don't make, or if you are a *Premium* member. Now that its become un-fun, I look for me to fade from your grid as well as the qualities and profit for you I brought with me because I'll be afraid that I once again will unknowingly violate your Terms of Service and be punished. Next time I may have my account suspended for life and still do not understand exactly what it is I am doing wrong. If you made it clear exactly what to change I would, but I don't rate that except your *link* to the Terms of Service, which tells me nothing when I see it all over the Market Place from others. Be sure and send me the nifty auto response too, as if that clears anything up for me, nor will it allow me to even login to my account to attempt to fix what you claim I am doing wrong... Thank you And if you do bother to answer this be sure and explain how SL is suppose to be about *Fun* when this is what we must endure?
