settings.xml is not there. The folder "user_settings" is there, it's just empty. The folder "/local/SecondLife/ " exists also, but is empty too.

Been running Firestorm for a while and had to test something using the LL SL-Viewer. But it doesn't start at all, no error, just, nothing.
