Im going to make this plain and simple, because it's too good to be true right? -----------------Most jobs listed in SL, arent simply worth it because the amount of time, protocols, avatar adjustments you have to put in. I saw an ad early that paid $100L for a "event performer" and the event was a whole 30 minutes? Come on now.... really? That's just roleplay - Listen up for some serious lindens. And apply quickly because not everyone is hired. I typically leave My avatar logged in, but for safety drop me a notecard incase my IM's get capped So basically, I have a business that offices services to avatars and groups around the grid for a themed SL-enjoyment. Don't worry, its all PG We haven't even officially opened our first location and business is slowly but surely taking off, however it needs a more catalytic approach to visibility and new clients So.... whats the job ? One of the easiest, tasks to do in SL. However, it may be a bit tedious to some but the rewards are worth it. If I can do this single-handedly to jumpstart a business within less than a week in bringing in 10 personal clients, then you definitely can to. So in a nutshell, it is notecard dropping. The notecard explaining anything and everything about the business is IN the notecard, all you have to do is open avatar profiles and drag and drop. Ok.....that's basic... but how the hell can I make L$1000's a week doing so? Well if you are selected to be hired , all I do is create a customized notecard adding your name in a specific location,... So when the customer and/or customer group uses the service. I ask "How did you find out about us?" 8/10 they will have a notecard that was dropped by either me , you or anybody else selected to work with me. Also, I make the notecards and they are all NO MODIFY, so once your name is in - nobody can alter it. Ok....so I explained how.... but I didn't explain the pay schedule. For every service purchased (and we really offer one service, but a variety of options) , You will receive L$300L PER BOOKING. L$300 PER SCHEDULED BOOKED SERVICES!!!!!!!! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BE SELECTED FOR HIRE (anyone welcome to apply, regardless of avatar age) For every ONE booking group/person that presents the notecard with your name in it. You will get paid $300L ON THE SAME DAY They use the service ! No if and's and buts! But how do I know if im getting paid correctly ? Well to be honest, I pay fair and square - no shortcuts no gimmicks, but you can always audit yourself by asking the people you gave a notecard too if they booked or not. Simple ! No Long hours, No Check-In's, No Hovering Management, No having to deal with customers directly. Basically you get paid for little effort. And for the people I hire, You will always have me as a support team. I am always available. So Again. $300 Per, there is no limit to how many people you book. You have to work what I call the "law of average" more people you drop a notecard to, more people that will sign up . ********************BONUSES******************************** So on your 10th booked referral , not only do you get paid the $300L again, you get the 10 AVATAR CHALLENGE BONUS, and that is a L$1000 payment on your 10th referral. That is being paid L$4,000 per 10 people you sign up ! another 10 another L$4,000 ! Its really simple, drag and drop. Now ones reading this trying to defeat the post... must be a hard service to sell if he's paying that much. Actually no its not ! The business sells itself and the notecard covers general questions, any additional questions would be answered by me ! I own the company, I own the locations, I created the notecard. Never give up, If your constantly dropping notecards to whoever wherever, or whatever group you will constantly make money.

Also, this house has plenty of space to put your own furniture. Or if you like, you can have a house on your lot unfurnished so you can furnish it your self !

This 4096 is in the middle of the sim, surrounded by water on all sides - the water is open for you to sail around your plot if wanted. @AnnHerrick Welcome back to SL ! One major thing that was not mentioned is that you will be fine with a prim limit in either or, of course smaller lot, smaller house and bigger house, bigger lot vice versa etc. You will have to buy new furnishings, its worth it. Alot cheaper, (I know you spent alot on furniture back in the day, we all did). Yet, with the evolution of MESH, you get a better detailed product with a lot less prims, simply speaking. As you have seen already probably is Land Impact, items,objects,attachments we no longer really refer to as prims. Prims exist, but less commonly used now.

@Rowan Amore Yes Draw distance is always a huge factor, I keep mines between 100-200... I fly throughout sims (aviation) in SL. But yes, Draw distance always helps. Load stays at 2. However the funny thing is, when I scoot the draw distance all the way up to 1024 (im still able to pull about 6-10 FPS) so I feel like at 100-200m of Draw Distance I should Always have good FPS lol

So heres my problem. I have high speed internet, 160-180MBPS Download about 100-130 MBPS Upload. (I test it multiple times daily with and without devices on wifi, with and without SL running, this is accurate speed info) My Computer Is: HP-All-In-One 24-dd0010 AMD Athlon Silver 3050U with Radeon Graphics 2.30 GHz (Sometimes I wonder should I boost the clock??) Dual-Core Threaded 8.00 GB RAM (5.92 GB usable) Now, I have done the whole white list antivirus/firewall thing, (firestorm.exe slvoice , slplugin and the durnaham or whatever thing My graphics settings are mid-way, of course advanced lightning is off. I have bandwidth set to about 800 (regular is 500) How can I further increase my FPS while in SL? How can I get more performance, Of course avatar complexity is big, so I watch that And please do not tell me to derender bump or simple type..... you'll take away half of the grid.
