What is impressions on the enhancement listing report? And, why do I not see my featured item on the MP home page?

I sold some lindens and the U.S. dollar amount of credit shows on my account page. If I click on "process credit" does this move the money to my bank account?

I logged on today and all of my folders in inventory are empty. Is this a bug?
