My account was hacked, with email and password change, they also cancelled my account. All in the same day, and somehow knew my email's password (which is unrelated to every other password I have) and completely shut me off from my account. I have no idea what to do, I replied to the latest case reply on my emails list, but have no way to log into the Secondlife page, and can't figure out how to submit a ticket without logging in. I have played many online games and usually there is a recovery system, but I have never had any issues with Secondlife until my account got hacked. I am using a friend to help post. Replying: I have already cancelled my billing information on the account. but, why do I have to pay a fee to reinstate my account if it has been taken from me? (Without my permission.)
