Hello, So In the process of selling some of my lindens I hit a wall and that wall is Tilia. I didn't sell my lindens for years and never had such a problem with slexchange before. Im a user in SL for over 14 years now and my personal data was confirmed years a go with my personal ID scan. So Tilia demand a confirmation of my identity. That's fine I understand. So by their web I provide my full name, address , country, city etc. In next step I scanned my driving license and take a photo of my credit card with visible front numbers and full name. And I waited... And waited... After 2 days I send a ticket to SL for help with it. After 2 days my case was close with info some one from Tilia will contact me via email. Ok so they did and ask me to provide even more documents and personal information. So I did I send them my bank statement and scan my motorcycle ID document with again my full name, address visible. As an answer from them, it's not Valid cos it's older then 90 days. At this point I'm already frustrated. I inform them I can't provide more documents because. - phone billing (impossible I have prepaid) - document with visible address ( impossible cos to protect ppl data in my country in 2016 address of our living was removed form personal ID cards, driving license cards and even passport) - medical/insurance/doctor billing ( again impossible because in Poland a % of our income is send to Government company name ZUS/NFZ that deals with this , so if I'm sick or need to be in hospital all that is paid by ZUS/NFZ so I never see the biling for this ) - home/ living billing (another nope because family home is on my dad and all the billing is on him with same address as my but with his name on it) So for the last week I'm struggling with Tilia and I got so mad already I ask them if I should take a selfie with my id card in my mouth next to my home to Finlay finish this circus ... And all because I needed some spare cash for living ... And all that data was send in unsecured way with Gmail... So my question is ... What should I do now?Should I send a complain ? Create another ticket with LL ? I'm really confused.
