  1. This is a MAGNUM Server issue. All high traffic areas on the Magnum grid are experiening this. Live chat with Biaca Linden and Izzy Linden on concierge confirms that it is INDEED a Magnum server issue. Other Magnum issues are rolling restarts that put the region own for over an hour. LL Confirms this via Live chat. For all on the magnum server experiencing this, contact LL and tell them. It's NOT grid wide. It's server wide.
  2. Hi Britney, We're having the same problem. LL has said they "know of the issue and are working to fix it" We're going on 7 days now. I've been approached by two other big clubs, same problem. It seems to be those of us on the RC Magnum server. Have you also experienced rolling restarts that won't come back for an hour even if you file a ticket? This is a magnum issue as well. We're used to being 65k and up and we're sitting on 14k with 50 people on the region. It's frustrating and upsetting. LL said that search no longer goes on traffic but relevance to the keyword used... *coughs* bullfish* coughs* Club owners STILL use it as a way to gage their hard work. LL Needs to fix this 7 days is NOT acceptable. We are wil you Britney and we feel your pain!

  5. Sweethearts has 3 objects only that is passed out to our guests automatically. 1. The Terms of Service of the Region, 2. The Landmark to the club (Both items 1 and 2 are given at the teleport location) 3. The group joiner. Which is set to a 5 meter range and only given if walking down the right side staircase. Also it is clickable for those wishing to join on their own accord. To the OP: If the screen shot was taken in the location you were standing, then it none of the listed objects above would not be inrange of any of these items. It seems to be user based, meaning someone sent it, and this person may or may not have been inside the club. Please be assued Sweethearts, does NOT pass out any such device. To my knowledge all such alt HUD and alt tracking devices are against TOS. We have one other report of a guest receiving said objects and we have tracked down the sender themselves to inquire what this item is and why they are passing them out. Thank you ejohara for bringing this to the attention of the Sweethearts staff. We are wth you in filing AR's on objects named in such manners. We are looking for Wedding Planners and a Vendor Manager that reflects our business. We must be able to trust these employees to represent the class and elegance we've worked hard to build. We have recently brought back wedding packages and require Wedding planners to assist. Wedding Planner Requirements: Wedding Planner. must be fluent in english speaking and typing.Must be in SL 90 days or longer. Past wedding experience is prefered but not required. Must be in SL daily and reachable. Must have a reliable computer.Must be able to also serve as CSR in the store, helping customers and direct them to the wedding supplies as well as wedding packages.Must familiarize themselves with the store and products to be able to answer questions.Must be a self starter and not rely on others to ask questions all day long.Must have a tough skin for brides that "want the moon". Patience is a must :)Must take their SL job as seriously as a they would RL job.Be willing to be trained OUR way even if you have had experience in the past doing weddings. Our weddings are unique to us and conducted with the utmost customer service.Must work well with others.Planners are paid on commission of weddings. The potential to make money depends on your ability to book packages.   11. I'm agreeing with Ameythest and the OP. When we signed up to pay 295 per month the tier had JUST changed from 195 to 295 and there were talks that THIS was temporary. almost 2 years later not only has it not gone down but the service has taken a nose dive.The words on EVERY Linden's profile are FILE A TICKET. ... Seriously, I get better service out of my horrible bank than from Linden Labs. WHen they make a mistake you can't even speak to a person to make it right, let alone get a discount or free ANYTHING for your troubles. I agree their costs have come down, so the RIGHT thing to do is to pass that savings along. They keep trying to give VERY VERY minor incentives to become a premium member but for what? a mainland generic house and 300 stipend bucks? Oh and you also get to pay 295 a month, congrats on becoming a premium member! Ridiculous. I'd like to see more action, a LOT lower tiers and less focus on viewer reconstruction than this tier bull crap. The noobies that come around can't understand why if you pay 1k USD, that the sim is STILL never really yours. Something has to change. Sim owners that pay 295 can not compete with the sims that pay195 pricing on rentals and make a dime.High 5 OP. Start this ball rolling again, we need LL to know we're tapped out and going broke.
