We are looking for candidates with proven territory sales experience. Requirements for team members we want as part of the Costa Rica Sims Land Sales Team are: Minimum of 6 months in Second Life®Must have sufficient knowledge of Second Life®Knowledge & enthusiasm to promote everything Costa Rica Sims has to offerSales experienceSelf motivatedEagerness to learnCompetitive by nature, but also a team playerMust possess great communication skills and an outgoing personalityAbility to work a minimum of one out of four 4-hour shifts on a daily basisAbility to use voice if neededAbility to speak another language is desired, but not required Costa Rica Sims Land Sales Team Compensation include: Rewarding upfront commissions up to 25% on each saleAggressive Monthly BonusesOpportunities for advancement within the Costa Rica Sims Executive Team based on your performance.
