I got thousands of calling cards, lots of them more the twice the same. After deleting them all, I got hundreds back. Howto get rid of this?

I tried to reduce the number of things in my invetory - but still get the message -
Thank you for your advice. But I use my network environment since year and using another ava it works. May it be, my ava is infected by malware? How to find out?
