a friend connat log into SL... the error message she gets is "cannot connect socks5 proxy server"... any suggestions?

Under "My Marketplace", the instructions say to go to the left hand side to select "Manage Items" but that option is not there. I have tried Manage Listings and I use the Phoenix viewer and cannot find the options for uploading items inworld to then edit the listings on the web page.

So... the premium gift of the sail boat looks like a couple of boxes, not a boat... is there settings I need to change or what? Any Clues?
