Exact same problem here. I logged of because I had to empty cache. When I tried to log on again i get a message that says; "Despite our best effort.... etc etc etc:"

Found a Abandoned land for sale, what would a monthly payment be on a mainland parcel sold there? And do I have to be a premium user to buy a mainland parcel? 25328 sqm is the parcel. Have tried to read more about this but cant really find the answers.
