[Glitching, odd balls & such in SL Viewer 2?]

Ok, so when I'm walking around in SL I see random balloons (I guess you could call them that) around my avatar and the world around my avatar. i don't know what it is, I see it regardless if I'm in high graphics or even low graphics. I uploaded a video to Youtube to help explain my problem, since I can't do it in words, Plus it's better if you see it anyway. :P

Just tried again and now it's been over 30 minutes..
