Feronymous Tremor

I have an AO I really like, but every time I do something like ground sit, change walks, etc, it appears in the local chat. Is there any way to stop this? It's a little embarrassing and a little annoying, too.

I get so frustrated with myself at times. I carefully opened and looked at every tab and drop-down menu, but for some reason my brain just could not rez that "SCRIPT" sitting there under the Build tab! Thanks for your help.

Second Life Viewer 2 has no TOOLS menu.  Where can I find those items, for example "Reset Scripts" or "Set scripts running" and that stuff?
