    Been there fought this. Like what was stated earlier make sure you have all your .psd burned to CD or DVD. Hopefully you saved them all and they are dated. (Windows has a bad habit of changing dates to the more current one if you moved files from one hard drive to another learned that lesson at a bad time.)

    If things did get re dated from the original creation date as long as you have all the layers and the complainant  does not , that helps prove you are the creator. Then take it to court.

    Free 512 to full members with an empty house, Ok not a great idea but a good way to use up all the extra land since people  dumping off main land.  Bad idea (don't know if anyone tried this, or if it was just said but not fact ) Supposedly no market place boxes allowed on the free lot.

    Good idea sandboxes for premium members and reg members can't access.  Should hopefully stop griefing in the boxes. Yet most Paid members already own land so they wont be using the sand boxes anyhow.

     

    Giving free furniture, well I call that a dbl edge sword. It kills the furniture makers in sl , prevents people from  exploring in turn that hurts other retailers and in my opinion stops people from learning and maby staying in sl.

    But it will make LL money because of the membership fee and IF a person stays they will have used up all there prims so they will need to buy a larger lot so land gets sold and monthly fees go up.

    Now if they were really creator content conscious they would offer a creator membership and give 200L$  worth of uploads a month and a creator only  sandboxes.

    From my understanding inworld and market place item should be within a few linden of each other. (aka 99 in world 100 on market place for example.)  I'm not sure what is the exact ruling any more because it appears they are pushing the market place hard and  not pushing people to goto inworld stores.

    I talked with one of the old commerce team (this was some time back when LL took over xstrt) and  you could have a special promotion price for an item on market place only.  Where it was cheaper on market place then in world but susposedly it couldn't be more then 20% less.

    Its already been answered, but what is priced in-world is what someone in-world will pay, what is priced on market place is what they will pay if purchased on market place.

    What has me now raising an eyebrow is the line "Users who have reported otherwise are offereing no proof at all." So it is probable others have done the same curiosity test I did and saw the same thing, but now its fixed and it was total fluke it happened so quickly.  NOT A Jab AT LL I've just never seen the labs get anything  done in less then 5 minutes.  

     

    The very next line goes on to say "Yet who is being believed here? The user offering no proof."  Sounds like now " the user " aka me is being called a LIAR by having no proof. (Please Read Below )

    To Clarify I said "As a curiosity test had a friend go to one of my items and flag it and sure enough it got de-listed. SO you make your own call on what is really happening"

    I never said I had hard cold proof of anything, just stated what I had happen and for a person to make there own decision.. (Besides I would like to know how one could actually prove it. That would be like proving favoritism in SL and we all know that doesn't happen. )

    I hate to nit pick this post apart but  who is the customer / user suspose to beleive  . After reading this comment.

    I agree there should be more of a reason on why an item was de-listed other then just a general notice. I had quite a  few items de-listed went back checked the item, where it belonged checked the category , sub category, Keywords etc and found nothing. SO I re-listed the  item and no problems from that given item again.

    What frustrates me is you never get an e-mail notice that an item has been unlisted. SO unless you log into the market place every day how do you know if something has been taken down.

    On a side note from what I have heard from other merchants if someone flags an item for any reason it gets  de-listed almost immediately. As a curiosity test had a friend goto one of my items and flag it and sure enough it got de-listed. SO you make your own call on what is really happening
