Saffron Soup

Hi was wondering if anyone was having the same problems as me,takes ages to log in,my groups have all vanished,if i try to tp anywhere i crash,on my land it says ,owner-nobody and i have no media,this all started on saturday,have never had problems like this before and also sometimes i am ruthed when eventualy log in.
