Karola Silversmith

I have lost an object that costed me money while i came back from a pretty laggy sim but i had no problems until i rezzed my item on the ground to unpack and it vanished. I relogged, cleared my cache, my graphics and connection are set perfectly to my pc etc. I use a Firestorm viewer. Help! I need a final solution for this! :( Thanks in advanced.
